This page contains information that may be useful to parents/carers
- Swine Flu information. We're following the guidelines from the UK government with respect to Swine Flu. Hand cleanser is available at the entrance to pre-school, please ensure that you and your child use this on their way into, and way out of pre-school each time. In addition we have taken the precaution of removing all the soft toys from pre-school following advice from the DCSF. Additional information for parents can be found here. Should it be necessary to close pre-school due to staff shortages caused by Swine Flu then we will follow the Emergency Closure Procedure outlined in our Policies and Guidelines (Aug 2009) .
- The results of the parent survey and a response from pre-school are located in the Newsletter section.
- The Early Education and Childcare Unit send a termly publication entitled Horizons, which contains information on what’s happening around Hampshire regarding Early Education and information on courses which are open to parents as well as staff. If you are interested, please speak to Angie who can loan you a copy. Alternatively, click on the Early Education and Childcare Unit and you can view horizons on-line.
- Volunteers: the staff and children love having parent volunteers coming in to help out at sessions. If you have some spare time and would be interested please speak to a member of staff. Unfortunately, we cannot have younger siblings in at the same time.
