Admissions
Thank you for your interest in Funtime Pre-school. To enquire about a place for your child, you can email administrator@funtimepreschool.org , pop into pre-school to speak to Angie, call 07751 578252 during a session time, or print out and post our enquiry form. We aim to get back to you as soon as possible with an application form and prospectus. Parents are then requested to fill in the application form and return it, along with:
a £15 non-refundable deposit (although this is not required if the child is already 3 and eligible for free funding),
a copy - not original!! - of their birth certificate, and
a stamped self-addressed envelope
Once the application form is received your child is guaranteed a place and we will be in contact to confirm sessions, visit date and start date.
Children are not required to wear a uniform. However, if you would prefer there is an option to purchase sweatshirts or polos. To order uniform please contact administrator@funtimepreschool.org or ask at pre-school.

Settling In
We understand that settling in to a new environment is difficult. Because of that, we work with parents/carers to discuss the needs of every individual child. There is no restriction on how long or how often during a session a parent/carer can stay, it depends on the child and the confidence you as parents have to leave that someone special with us.
If a parent finds it easier to leave a child in our care kicking and screaming that's fine, for most after 10 minutes they would have been distracted and settled down.
We will always contact you if your child becomes distressed, although with an allocated key person we believe that our attachment is a bond that gives each individual child a sense of comfort and security to make them feel safe in our pre-school environment.
