Funtime Pre-school
Committee
Pre-school is run and managed by a management committee, who are the ‘Trustees’ of the pre-school. A Chair, Treasurer and Secretary, plus other members are all required. No one person owns pre-school – it belongs to YOU. You are a member of your pre-school if you have a child attending and as a member, you have a vote and a say in how the pre-school is operated. We are a registered Charity and have to abide by the Charity Commission’s laws. The Committee is responsible for employing staff so we MUST have a Committee who are accountable. Without them, the pre-school cannot run.
An AGM is held in June each year where new members are elected onto the committee and current members can stand to be re-elected.
